PropNex Shophouse Elites was invited by EdgeProp to give a talk about shophouses to all real estate salespersons (RES) in Singapore. Over 300 participants joined in person and via Zoom. This group of passionate learners had numerous questions, and everyone benefited from the seminar. We hope this workshop has empowered fellow RES to leverage commercial knowledge and better serve their clients.
Market sentiment for shophouses on the rise: PSE say market sentiment has in fact improved, noting that the actual number of sales is higher. "PSE had closed over 20 shophouse deals; some of them had caveats lodged. We have received more interest now and prices are still firm," said Mr Richard Tan, founder of PropNex Shophouse Elites.
